Cautions and Warnings
Scope of Use and Warning for Core Master Products: [General Electronic Equipment]
•Our components are suitable for general electronic equipment such as office automation devices, communication devices, audio-video equipment, measuring instruments, home electric appliances, and medical devices.
•The warranty of our products only covers the items delivered by our company. We are not responsible for any damage caused beyond the product’s conditions, even if it leads to failure or abnormality in your device.
•In case of the recorded content needs to be changed due to product improvement, etc., it may be changed without prior notice. Please make sure to check the latest product information before use. We are not responsible for any damage caused by not following the specifications.
•The product should be stored under the specified temperature and humidity conditions. Please do not store the product in an unsuitable environment such as high temperature, high humidity, dust or corrosive gas. If stored for too long, the solderability of the terminals may decline. Before use, be sure to produce a small amount to verify the characteristics.
•When designing the PCB, please consider the installation location of the product to avoid malfunctions caused by magnetic interference. The product may heat up during operation, so make sure to design for proper heat dissipation.
•Most potting materials shrink when hardening, which may damage the insulation layer of the enameled wire, resulting in performance degradation or even damage.
•The inductance test of different instruments will cause test deviation due to different test internal resistance and methods. Zero compensation is required before testing and use the original fixtures, test leads provided with the instrument.
•The withstand voltage of AC and DC is different. Please select the corresponding settings during the test. High humidity and surface contamination can cause poor withstand voltage results. Avoid testing under high humidity and keep both the test fixture and the product clean. The hi-pot test is a destructive test, please pay attention to the selection of voltage and standard samples during the test, and repeated testing should be avoided.
•Even when used in general electronic equipment, if the product is used in devices or circuits that require high safety or reliability, we recommend a sufficient safety assessment and add a protection circuit during design.
